Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) regulates the procedure for cancellation of bookings and refund of payments made through the INN.AZ online platform.
1.2. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer and is binding for all Users and Accommodation Providers.
1.3. Use of the Platform, booking confirmation, and completion of payment constitute full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
2. Booking Cancellation Rules
2.1. Each accommodation provider may establish its own cancellation rules.
2.2. Cancellation terms are presented to the User prior to booking confirmation and are deemed accepted once the booking is completed.
3. Refunds
3.1. General Rules
Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation rules of the relevant accommodation, taking into account the conditions determined by the INN.AZ Platform.
3.2. INN.AZ Priority Rights and Timeframes
INN.AZ reserves the right to independently determine, modify, and/or extend refund processing timeframes at its sole discretion, regardless of the timeframes set by the Accommodation Provider.
Refund timeframes determined by INN.AZ:
have priority legal force;
are considered reasonable and lawful;
shall not be deemed a breach of Platform obligations.
3.3. Parties’ Agreement
The User and the Accommodation Provider acknowledge and agree that:
refund timeframes determined by INN.AZ are binding;
such timeframes may not be disputed based on other agreements or internal rules;
extension of refund timeframes does not give rise to penalties, compensation, or claims;
this Policy has prevailing legal force in matters related to refunds.
4. Cancellation by the Accommodation Provider
If a booking is cancelled by the Accommodation Provider, refunds shall be processed in accordance with the rules and timeframes determined by INN.AZ, except in cases of force majeure.
5. Fees and Commissions
Service fees and transaction costs are non-refundable if they have been actually incurred.
6. Force Majeure
In force majeure circumstances, refunds may be limited or not processed.
7. Complaints
All complaints related to accommodation quality shall be addressed directly to the Accommodation Provider.
INN.AZ is not a party to the accommodation agreement.
8. Final Provisions
INN.AZ reserves the right to amend this Policy unilaterally.
Amendments enter into force upon publication.
Completion of a booking constitutes full acceptance of this Policy.
