1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the INN.AZ online accommodation booking platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”, “Service”, “We”).

1.2. Registration on the Platform and its use, including booking or listing accommodations, confirms the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. Only individuals aged 18 or older may use the Platform, and solely for lawful purposes.

1.4. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the laws on Electronic Commerce, Consumer Protection, Tourism, Personal Data Protection, and the Civil Code.

2. Legal Status of INN.AZ

2.1. INN.AZ operates as an intermediary information and technical platform that:

• enables Providers to list accommodation information;

• allows Users to view listings, submit requests, and make bookings.

2.2. INN.AZ is not a hotel, tour operator, travel agent, property owner, or accommodation service provider.

2.3. INN.AZ is not a party to accommodation agreements concluded between Users and Providers.

2.4. INN.AZ does not guarantee:

• accommodation availability;

• accuracy of descriptions;

• accommodation quality or safety;

• behavior of guests or providers;

• refunds, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

3. Platform Content

Accommodation information (descriptions, images, prices, rules, cancellation terms) is provided by Providers, who bear full responsibility for its accuracy.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1. Prices are determined by Providers and may include discounts or special offers.

4.2. Payments may be partial (prepayment) or full.

4.3. Refunds and cancellation penalties are determined by Providers; INN.AZ provides only technical payment processing.

4.4. All payments are considered electronic payments under applicable electronic commerce laws.

4.5. Service and transaction fees may be retained in case of refunds.

4.9. Service Provision and “Delivery”

The Service provided through the Platform is deemed completed upon confirmation of the booking in the system and delivery of electronic confirmation to the User via the website, email, or personal account.
No physical delivery of goods is предусмотрено.

5. Limitation of Liability

INN.AZ is not liable for actions or omissions of Users or Providers, booking cancellations, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Maximum liability is limited to the commission received for the specific booking, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes related to accommodation quality, refunds, and compensation are resolved solely between the User and the Provider.
